CENTER STREET <br /> Permittee: PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> P.O. BOX 7640 <br /> SAN FRANCISCO. CA 94120 <br /> In accordance with Ordinance 003-96, passed by the Council of the City of Stockton on January 22, <br /> 1996, a permit revocable at the pleasure of the Public Works Director of the City of Stockton is hereby <br /> granted to: <br /> PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> to install and maintain three (3) monitoring wells at 535 S. Center Street, Stockton, CA. along the <br /> El Dorado Street frontage between Church and Hazelton Streets. <br /> This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable <br /> Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No. 22,578 on December 5, 1960, and on <br /> file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Stockton. <br /> 2. The general location of each well shall be as shown on the map attached. The precise location <br /> shall be determined in the field by the City of Stockton. <br /> 3. The Permittee has posted security of$5,000.00 with the City of Stockton which will remain <br /> in effect during the life of this permit. <br /> 4. In accordance with Section 1(h) of the "Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits," <br /> the permittee shall provide and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of public <br /> liability insurance against liability for injuries to persons or property arising out of accidents <br /> attributable to the structure on City property, in amounts to be determined by the Risk <br /> Manager. The policy of insurance so provided shall contain a contractual liability endorsement <br /> covering the liability assumed by the Permittee by the terms of his permit and shall contain a <br /> provision that such policy may not be canceled except after thirty (30) days notice in writing <br /> to be given to the Risk Manager. The copies of these policies or certificates evidencing the <br /> same shall be filed with the Risk Manager of the City after approval of the City Attorney. <br />
