under the guidance of a senior review team consisting of Ms. Debbie <br /> Whaley and Mr. Tim Bray, both of whom are Registered California <br /> Geologists, Mr. Mike Concannon and Mr. Dave Lincoln and project <br /> administrator, Mr. Ron Advani . Mr. Advani is responsible for overall <br /> quality control and serves as Ms. Fanelli 's backup should that be <br /> necessary. <br /> The review team will provide task specific quality control and ensure <br /> that the project is conducted in a technically sound manner. Analyses <br /> and conclusions presented in agency deliverables will be reviewed by the <br /> team for technical soundness based on the collected data. In addition, <br /> reports will be reviewed to ensure that they are well organized, <br /> logically written and clearly understandable. Specifically, Ms. Whaley <br /> and Mr. Bray will be responsible for hydrogeology and chemistry of gas <br /> plant residues; Mr. Concannon will be responsible for biology, <br /> analytical methods, and the site investigation; and Mr. Lincoln will <br /> review the risk assessments. <br /> Mr. John McHugh will be responsible for directing the field work <br /> portions of the project including drilling, soil sampling, and <br /> installing, developing, and sampling groundwater. Ms. Sue Keydel and <br /> Ms. Lynn Hosley will perform the environmental and health risk <br /> assessments. Ms. Elizabeth Dodge and Mr. Tobin Mollenkopf will be <br /> responsible for identifying and evaluating remedial alternatives. Mr. <br /> Charles Gardiner and Ms. Connie Thoman will be responsible for meeting <br /> the projects's community relations needs including preparing and <br /> implementing the Public Participation Plan. <br /> The statement of qualifications demonstrating CH2M Hill 's expertise with <br /> similar work is enclosed.
