EILEEN FANELLI
installed, and developed groundwater monitoring wells and collected
groundwater samples on a quarterly basis. Wrote final reports.
Project hydrogeologist for RI/FS investigation at an NPL site near
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Wrote project proposal and site investiga-
tion plans. Contaminants included paint sludges, solvents, and
asbestos.
Project hydrogeologist for remedial investigation of Wasco Airport,
Wasco, California. Collected and evaluated existing data, made initial
site visit, developed site investigation plan, collected subcontractor
drilling estimates based on developed work scope, interfaced with
CRWQCB, Kern County Department of Health and Kern County
Department of Water Resources.
Lead hydrogeologist for groundwater investigations at a Class II/III
landfill in Contra Costa County, California. In this capacity she
directed the development of a data base for chemicals in ground-
water. She also contributed to analyses of a conceptual groundwater
flow model and development of a RCRA corrective action plan.
Ms. Fanelli's experience in hydrogeology, modeling, and fate and transport analysis
includes the following projects:
Geologist for literature review and remedial alternatives identification
at a uranium mill tailings site in New Mexico. Work included
developing conceptual model of site hydrogeology, identifying alterna-
tives to remediate tailings pond seepage, evaluating those alternatives,
and preparing final report.
Hydrogeologist for site feasibility studies concerning the land applica-
tion of treated sanitary waste by rapid infiltration in Plymouth,
Massachusetts. Developed site investigation plans and a two-dimen-
sional finite difference computer model of groundwater recharge due
to infiltration near a pumping supply well.
Hydrogeologist for site assessment of a landfill in Poughkeepsie, New
York. Developed a finite difference computer model to simulate
groundwater flow directions for calculation of contaminant pathways
and travel times.
SFO SAC31614\WM25.51
