These items are
addressed in the attached final RDIP being submitted today.
In addition, during their review of the RDIP, the Central Valley Regional Water Quality
Control Board (RWQCB) requested that Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E)
develop soil verification concentrations for total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH)-gasoline,
TPH-diesel and benzene. Soil verification concentrations for TPH-gasoline, TPH-diesel
and benzene were proposed in a February 18, 1999 submittal to the Department of Toxic
Substances Control (DTSC) and the RWQCB. These soil verification concentrations,
which were revised per RWQCB comments and resubmitted to DTSC and the RWQCB
on March 18, 1999, have been incorporated into the attached RDIP.
Please call me at (415) 973-6254 if you have any questions regarding the final RDIP for
the Stockton site.
Sincerely,
Patricia Sullivan
Stockton Manufactured Gas Plant Site Project Manager
