Stockton _ CA 95203
Per our phone conversation on September 20, 1989, PG&E
intends to modify the approved closure plan for the
underground storage tank at the Stockton Gas Load
Center.
After further inspection PG&E believes the tank cannot
be removed intact. Following removal, the tank and its
contents will be manifested as hazardous waste to
Chemical Waste Management's Kettleman Hills Facility.
As the original closure plan states, Stamco, Inc. , will
haul all hazardous waste off-site.
Please contact Laura Murphy of PG&E at (209)263-5223 if
you have any questions or comments regarding this
modification.
Sincerely,
k1/tom (.__ 'da
