Austin Road, Manteca, on October 6, 2006 for <br /> a one-time disposal. These waste tires have been shredded and shall be hauled by three drivers: <br /> 1.)Nhia Yang(Lic#D3536569)in the vehicle described as: 1995 Freightliner hauling a <br /> 1991 CPS trailer 44FM6558 <br /> 2.) Sean Strack(Lic N8505594) in the vehicle described as: 1986 Freightliner hauling a <br /> 1996 Relia DMP trailer# 4CB8814 <br /> 3.)John Edward Carlson(Lic#N3386098) in the vehicle described as: 1988 Freightliner <br /> Hauling a Roll-off3 7H09681. <br /> The above-mentioned drivers will haul the shredded tires for a one-time disposal of shredded <br /> Waste Tires, occurring this date. <br /> Listed below is the applicable section of the PRC: <br /> 42954. (a) A person who hauls waste or used tires is exempt from <br /> registration under this chapter if at least one of the following conditions <br /> is met: <br /> (8) The person is transporting waste or used tires to an amnesty day event or to a <br /> legal disposal site and has received written authorization from the local enforcement <br /> agency specifying conditions for that hauling for one day. <br /> This letter must accompany the load of waste tires and be presented to any uniform peace officer <br /> or authorized agent of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department or California <br /> Integrated Waste Management Board. Further,this letter only grants the transportation of waste <br /> tires to the aforementioned location and does not allow for the transportation of waste tires for <br /> hire. <br />
