This material is then sold and transported offsite to another location as "Tire <br /> CHERYL PEACE Derived Product" (TPD). By the description of this material, it appears that the <br /> CPEACE 916)3 1-6039 criteria as set forth in Public Resources Code (PRC), 42950 (i), which is <br /> (9i6)341-6039 ( ) � ( ) <br /> described below, has been met. <br /> GARY PETERSEN 30 PRC § 42950 (i) "Tire Derived Product" means material that meets both of the <br /> GPETERSEN@a CTWMB.CA.GOV following requirements: <br /> (9i6)341-6035 <br /> 1. Is derived from a process using waste tires or waste tire equivalents as <br /> a feedstock.
