This Workplan is for the installation of� <br /> additional soil borings in Areas I and II and a new B Zone groundwater monitoring well <br /> along the perimeter of Area II at PG&E's Stockton site. This additional work was <br /> agreed upon during meetings on August 8, 1996, August 28, 1996 and September 12, <br /> 1996 between PG&E, the Department of Toxic Substances Control(DTSC) and the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and during a site walk <br /> conducted on September 23, 1996.
