Meeting Minutes for Stockton Former MGP Site Project <br /> August 8, 1996 <br /> Offices of DTSC, Sacramento <br /> This meeting was facilitated by Paula Bolio. Paula Bolio asked the questions and wrote <br /> down each person's response as follows: <br /> 1.0 Introduction and Objectives <br /> Question: <br /> What do you expect to get out of this meeting? <br /> Responses: <br /> Fran Anderson: To reach consensus on common goals. <br /> To identify clear actions and move forward. <br /> Develop trust within team and produce log-jam breaking. <br /> Fernando Amador: Identify what is clouding the issues. <br /> Philip Isorena: Have PG&E and CI-12M HILL be more upfront and open (less <br /> selective) with information from now on. <br /> Bob Doss: Have less formal communications and more team work. <br /> Tricia Sullivan: Have agencies be open to creative solutions. <br /> Rick Moss: Have a reasonably timed end to the project. <br /> 2.0 Project Status/Remedial Action Objectives and Goals <br /> 2.1 Current Project Status <br /> Questions: <br /> • What are your"big picture" concerns (technical and nontechnical)? <br /> • What near term steps need to take place? <br /> • What are your expectations for project outcome? <br /> Responses: <br /> Bob Doss: Concerns include level of characterization in Area I and II <br /> soils and in three groundwater zones.
