The soil OUFS report was submitted to the agencies on <br /> June 10, 1996. A conference call took place on June 24, 1996 during which the results and <br /> conclusions from the Phase IV investigation were discussed. Agency comments on the Phase <br /> IV report, dated July 9, 1996 were received on July 15, 1996. The following responses serve <br /> to finalize the Phase IV report and as such, should be attached to the June 10, 1996 report. <br /> The agency comments are italicized and presented before each response. <br /> Responses to DTSC comments (dated July 9, 1996): <br /> Comment: <br /> 1. The Report is missing a signature page showing who at CH2MHill prepared and <br /> approved the document. Please be aware that all final technical workplans and reports must <br /> also be signed and stamped by a registered Engineer or Geologist (as appropriate) <br /> registered in California. <br /> Response: <br /> 1. Enclosed for insertion into the Phase IV report is a signature page which carries the seal, <br /> registration expiration date, and signature of Thomas M. Little, a California Registered <br /> Geologist employed by CH2M HILL. <br /> Comment: <br /> 2.
