The attendees were Patricia Sullivan of PG&E;Fran <br /> Anderson and Fernando Amador of DTSC;Philip Isorena of the RWQCB;and Paula Bolio <br /> and Nancy Hendrickson of CH2M HILL. The meeting agenda is enclosed with this letter. <br /> 1.0 Objectives <br /> a. Paula Bolio reviewed the objectives of this meeting. They were to 1)discuss <br /> and agree on the Phase IV groundwater investigation results and 2) discuss <br /> and agree on the feasibility study(FS)approach and schedule described in <br /> PG&E's letter to the agencies,dated June 6,1996. <br /> 2.0 Phase IV Groundwater Investigation <br /> a. Paula Bolio reviewed the purpose of,and the work completed during the <br /> Phase IV groundwater investigation. Six wells were installed and sampled <br /> for the purpose of finding the extent of PNAs and benzene in groundwater <br /> Zones A,B,and C.Wells MW-20 and MW-21 were installed in Zone A,MW- <br /> 22 and MW-23R were installed in Zone B, and MW-24 and MW-25 were <br /> installed in Zone C. <br /> b. Paula Bolio reviewed the results of the investigation. Groundwater contour <br /> maps and PNA and benzene isoconcentration maps were presented. The <br /> Zone A and C wells were installed in the planned locations and groundwater <br /> sample results indicated the extent of PNAs is limited to Area I of the site. <br /> The two new Zone B wells were installed close to their planned locations <br />
