Fran said it was a good idea to include the agencies in <br /> the screening process. <br /> 4.0 Wrap Up/Action Items <br /> a. The following agreements were reached with respect to the Phase IV <br /> investigation: <br /> 1. The Phase IV groundwater investigation report would be finalized after <br /> PG&E receives comments from DTSC,and this would include PG&E's <br /> assumed nondetect line for Zone B for the purpose of compiling the FS. <br /> 2. Groundwater monitoring would continue during the FS and RAP process, <br /> and 3.The feasibility study would proceed as planned. <br /> b. It was agreed that the FS approach as outlined in PG&E's June 6, 1996 letter <br /> was acceptable for PG&E to follow and that the schedule would resume after <br /> PG&E receives written agreement from DTSC regarding the FS approach. <br /> C. Paula Bolio said that she would prepare and distribute meeting minutes from <br /> this conference call. <br /> d. Philip said that he would send Nancy/ Patricia information on <br /> -Port of Stockton site(s),McCormick and Baxter and other nearby <br /> environmental sites <br /> -UST sites,SLIC list etc <br /> -Mather Air Force Base,to provide an example of a RWQCB technical and <br /> economic feasibility approach and whether nondetect is considered an ARAR <br /> e.
