This Workplan <br /> is for the installation of six new downgradient groundwater monitoring wells at PG&E's <br /> Stockton site. Two wells will be installed in Zone A, two wells will be installed in Zone <br /> B and two wells will be installed in Zone C. The installation of these additional <br /> groundwater wells was agreed upon during a February 28, 1995 meeting between <br /> PG&E, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB).
