Date: 12/21/2019 <br />Manufacturer training: INCON, 01/05/20 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Onsite to verify conversion frames on each dispenser, verify conversion frame retrofit plate in the under dispenser containment <br />(UDC) 1/2, and 5/6, and verify dispenser footprint contained by the UDC sumps. The installed conversion frames, retrofit plate, <br />and dispenser footprint are adequate. Also verified that any potential product piping leaks can be captured by the UDC, and <br />visually inspected the piping within the dispensers for any product leaks. No product leaks were observed during the visual <br />pipe inspection. <br />Onsite to witness and observe secondary containment test on all four UDC's, and all 87 -product and 91 -product piping. The <br />product piping was testing via vacuum at 5psi. The tests passed. The UDC's were tested via INCON, and passed. Secondary <br />containment testing for the four UDC's, all 87 -product piping, and 91 -product piping is due in 6 months. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
