' 20 March 2015
AGE Project No. 00-0769
presented in Appendix F. Additionally, graphs illustrating TPH-g, benzene, and 1,2-DCA
concentrations versus time for wells MW-1, MW-3/13, and MW-5A are presented in
Appendix F.
SEPTEMBER 2014
' On 04 September 2014, a progress-pilot test monthly monitoring event was performed
utilizing wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-6B, MW-7B, MW-8A, MW-9A, and
MW-10 as required by the MRP; pH, temperature, DO and ORP were measured down-
hole in non-CMT wells and from purge water in CMT wells; depth to water
measurements were inadvertently not collected.
• pH was measured between 6.18 and 6.93; EC was measured between 243 and
355 pS/cm; temperature was measured between 20.8 and 23.2 degrees Celsius;
DO was measured between 1.68 and 2.82 mg/I; and ORP was measured
' between 41.50 and 109.0 mV. Results of YSI Multi-Parameter Meter data is
presented in Table 3.
' OCTOBER 2014
On 02 October 2014, a final pilot test monthly monitoring and sampling event was
' performed utilizing wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-6B, MW-7B, MW-8A,
MW-9A, and MW-10 as required by the MRP; depth to groundwater was measured; pH,
EC, and temperature were measured during well purging and final values after purging
' was complete were utilized; DO and ORP were measured down-hole prior to purging in
non-CMT wells and from purge water during the initial purge volume in CMT wells; and
groundwater samples were collected in each of the above-mentioned wells.
' Groundwater samples were analyzed for the constituents required in the MRP
(Appendix B).
• Depths to groundwater ranged between 20.80 feet (MW-8A) btoc and 22.91 feet
(MW-1) btoc (Table 1). Groundwater elevations at the site ranged between 9.19
feet (MW-10) below NAVD88 and 12.25 feet (MW-1) below NAVD88.
' • TPH-g were detected in groundwater samples collected from wells MW-1,
MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-6B, MW-713, MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10 at
concentrations ranging from of 500 pg/1 in MW-9A to 130,000 pg/I in MW-1.
BTEX were detected in groundwater samples collected from all nine wells
sampled at maximum concentrations of 15,000 pg/I benzene, 65,000 pg/I
' toluene, 4,100 pg/I ethylbenzene, and 30,000 pg/I total xylenes (Table 2).
• pH was measured between 7.10 and 7.75; EC was measured between 805 and
1,844 pS/cm; temperature was measured between 19.5 and 23.4 degrees
' Celsius; DO was measured between 0.84 and 5.25 mg/I; and ORP was
measured between -4.3 and 112.8 mV. Results of YSI Multi-Parameter Meter
data is presented in Table 3.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc.
