' Ozone Pilot Test & Semi-Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report — <br /> Third Quarter 2014 <br /> ' FERNANDO'S PLACE <br /> 1201 South Center Street, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> ' At the request of Mr. Roger Huckins, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has <br /> prepared this report for the property located at 1201 South Center Street, Stockton, <br /> California (site). The scope of work included performance of a six-month ozone injection <br /> t pilot test, progress and post pilot test monitoring and sampling, semi-annual <br /> groundwater monitoring and sampling during the third quarter 2014, and preparation of <br /> this report. The site and surrounding area are illustrated in Figure 1. Structures, soil <br /> ' borings, and monitoring well locations are illustrated in Figure 2. Site background <br /> information is provided in Appendix A. <br /> ' This report was prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank <br /> (UST) sites. <br /> ' The following is a summary of the ozone pilot test operational period, progress and post <br /> pilot test monitoring and sampling events, and semi-annual groundwater monitoring <br /> events performed during the pilot test. Results including, field logs analytical lab data <br /> and other pertinent information from the December 2013 and January 2014 monitoring <br /> and sampling events were presented in the AGE-prepared Semi-Annual Groundwater <br /> ' Monitoring and Progress Pilot Test Report - First Quarter 2014 dated 07 March 2014 <br /> ' • On 11 November 2013, ozone injection pilot test initiated; <br /> • On 19 December 2013, geochemical parameters were measured in wells MW-1, <br /> MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-6B, MW-7B, MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10 as <br /> required by the approved Draft Monitoring and Reporting Program R5-2008-0149 <br /> (MRP: Appendix B). Geochemical parameters measured included: dissolved <br /> oxygen (DO), oxygen reduction potential (ORP), temperature, electrical <br /> conductivity (EC), and pH; <br /> • Between 13 and 15 January 2014, the first quarter 2014 semi-annual <br /> groundwater monitoring event was performed. Additionally, geochemical <br /> i parameters were measured in wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A MW-5A MW-6B <br /> MW-7B, MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10 as required by the MRP; <br /> • Between 11 November 2014 and 05 February 2014, the ozone injection system <br /> operated sporadically due to various system malfunctions; <br /> lrlcr�Tc' • Between 05 February and 21 March 2014, repairs were attempted on the ozone <br /> injection system; however, on-site repairs could not restore the system; <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc. <br />
