As <br /> 9- 9-o z <br /> ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Subsurface Investigation <br /> 1225 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) is hereby granted permission to perform a subsurface <br /> investigation at 1225 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California (the site) . The subsurface <br /> investigation is being conducted to assess ground water for contaminants related to the operations <br /> of a ;former gasoline service station at 1201 South Center Street, Stockton, California. The <br /> investigation is being conducted under the oversight of the Central V ley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) . <br /> Investigatory activities to be conducted on the site wil consist cf advanc rg ore soil boring to a <br /> depth of approximately 200 feet below surface grade to install a multi-chambered ground water <br /> monitoring well. Monitoring of the well will be conducted on a quarterly basis.
