52 ZI <br /> r ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Subsurface Investigation <br /> 1113 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California <br /> i <br /> t <br /> f <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) is hereby granted permission to perform a subsurface <br /> investigation at 1113 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California (the site) . The subsurface <br /> investigation is being conducted to assess ground water for contaminants related to the operations <br /> of a former gasoline service station at 1201 South Center Street, Stockton, California. The <br />` investigation is being conducted under the oversight of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) . <br /> i <br /> li Investigatory activities to be conducted on the site will consist of advancing a maximum of six soil <br /> borings to varying depths up to approximately 200 feet below surface grade to collect ground water <br /> samples. The work will be completed in two to three days. AGE will restore the surface to its <br /> original grade upon the completion of each stage of work and no monitoring wells will be installed <br /> on the property. <br /> All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the former activities at the 1201 South <br /> Center Street site as outlined above shall be borne by Mr. Roger Huckins, and will be conducted <br /> under permit in a timely manner upon approval by the EHD . <br /> Richard Northcutt will be given 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field activities, which will <br /> be conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> ' ::A lbw1 <br /> Richard Northcutt Date <br /> Property Owner <br /> 1113 South Ek Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, California <br />
