(AGE)has conducted <br /> a sensitive receptor survey as part of the initial site characterization requirements under the <br /> California Code of Regulations-Title 23,Division 3, Chapter 16,Section 2654 for the site located <br /> at 1201 South Center Street,Stockton,California(the site).The objective of the work was to identify <br /> and locate sensitive receptors, including wells, potentially affected by the UST release, and to <br /> identify and locate potential vertical conduits. The scope of work included review of State of <br /> California Department of Water Resources records, San Joaquin County Department of Health <br /> Services records,and conducting avisual area reconnaissance for municipal,domestic,irrigation or <br /> ground water monitoring wells within a 2,000-foot radius of the site and septic systems located on <br /> the site. In addition local utility service companies were contacted to confirm water and sewer <br /> service in the area of the site, and locations of municipal wells.The location of the site, and the <br /> immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1. Site structures are depicted on Figure 2. <br /> On 17 November 2001, an AGE representative reviewed well drillers' reports at the California <br /> Department of Water Resources - Central District for water wells located in the surrounding area. <br /> Driller's reports-for 3 water wells located within a 2000-ft radius were found. Copies of the well <br /> driller's reports are included in Appendix A; a summary of water wells located from the review of <br /> well driller's reports is included in Table 1, locations of the wells are depicted on Figure 1. <br /> On 04 December 2001, an AGE representative conducted a search of the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Health for records of septic systems or permits for wells located on <br /> the site property.No septic systems were located on the property.A permit for the monitoring wells <br /> located on site .vas found. <br />
