Site Background/Summary of Work Completed -CPT site assessment/implications. <br />II. Discussion of EHD concerns: <br />1. Lack of vertical definition near former UST areas (MW -4 and MW -5 and CPT- 1I r ). <br />2. Lack of lateral definition in all five hydrologic units (HU), particular <br />ly north and east and <br />toward residential areas <br />. <br />Lack of monitoring wells screened between'(40fee and 100 feet bsg. <br />4. Potential for vapor intrusion to the near <br />byresidences located around the site that has not been <br />evaluated. Homes are very close to monitoring wells with elevated levels of dissolved <br />petroleum in the ground water. <br />5. Lack of sorbed and dissolved contaminate mass estimates for the site, and, <br />6. Apparent instability of the dissolved plume. <br />A time schedule for completion of the remedial system installation, IRAP activation, and the <br />date the work plan for continual investigation will be submitted to the EHD. <br />III. Update: Soil vapor extraction installation and utility upgrades have been conducted. <br />Electrical upgrades approved by PG&E and electrical service permitting <br />requires approval with the City of Stockton. <br />Start -Up testing of the SVE unit is anticipated for August 2009, <br />IV. Summary/Conclusions <br />
