Y <br /> 11 January 2007 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 00-0769 <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br /> Laboratory reports for ground water analysis, testing methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality <br /> control (QA/QC) reports, and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented in quarterly <br /> reports. <br /> The ground water treatment system will be maintained on a weekly basis according to manufacturers <br /> recommendations. <br /> In accordance with previous EHD directives, quarterly ground water monitoring and sampling will <br /> be performed on the monitoring wells at 1201 South Center Street, Stockton, California throughout <br /> the remediation period to monitor remedial progress. <br /> 2. 7. REPORT PREPARATION <br /> The installation of remediation wells and the GWE system will be documented in a Interim Ground <br /> Water Extraction System Installation Report. Ongoing remediation efforts will be reported in <br /> quarterly reports. Quarterly reports will include a description of work performed with the results of <br /> the influent and effluent water samples. Conclusions and recommendations will be included in the <br /> reports if applicable. The report will be in a format acceptable to RWQCB guidelines, reviewed and <br /> signed by a California Professional Geologist and submitted to the GeoTracker database. <br /> 3.0. FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision of California <br /> Professional Geologist. Procedures for pilot boring advancement and monitoring procedures are <br /> outlined below, <br /> 3 . 1 . INSTALLATION OF GROUNDWATER EXTRACTION WELLS <br /> Three pilot soil borings for ground water extraction wells will be advanced to 50 feet bsg and one <br /> will be advanced to 120 feet bsg utilizing a truck-mounted, hollow-stem drill rig and ten-inch <br /> diameter hollow-stem augers . Cuttings generated during drilling activities will be placed in a landfill <br /> approved soil disposal bin, pending disposal and covered. Rinseate will be containerized in properly <br /> labeled Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) approved 55-gallon drums, and stored on-site in an <br /> area lacking public access . <br /> Advanced GenEnvironmental, Inc. <br />
