I will be posting tomorrow <br /> an immediate Notice To Vacate. Mr. Hatcher will not be able to reside on the property <br /> for any reason. <br /> I did receive a call from Planning Department. Mr. Hatcher attempted to get a <br /> Business License, but as I feared, they refused to issue him one until the <br /> overwhelming issues are addressed as far as life/safety for the business. What this <br /> means is that Mr. Hatcher will not be able to operate the business until he has brought <br /> the property into compliance. I am not even sure yet what all that will require due to so <br /> many issues evident that need to be corrected. I will issue a citation to Mr. Hatcher <br /> regarding the business violations within a few days, but I do know that at a minimum, <br /> he will have to provide a structurally sound building to work out of and all of the repairs <br /> will have to be done within that building.
