r I <br /> I <br /> ATC SnY SAFETY PLAN <br /> KEY SAFETY PERSONNEL AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> All personnel working for ATC at the job site are responsibl for project safety. The operational and health <br /> and safety responsibilities of pertinent ATC personnel are identified below. <br /> 1 <br /> BRANCH MANAGER: Jeanne Ho sey <br /> The Branch Manager is responsible for the provisions and bmittal of this SSP to the Site Safety Officer <br /> (SSO) and for advising the SSO on health and safety mat ers. He has the authority to provide for the <br /> auditing of compliance with the provisions of this SSP,suspei d or modify work practices,and to recommend <br /> disciplinary action for individuals whose conduct does not i icet the provisions presented in this SSP. The <br /> Branch Manager is also responsible for ensuring that Medii al Surveillance Exams and Training Programs <br /> are current for all personnel working on-site. The Branch Manager reports to the Corporate Safety <br /> Manager. <br /> SITE SAFETY OFFICER: Tom Lutterman <br /> The SSO is responsible for the dissemination of the informa ion contained in this SSP to all ATC personnel <br /> working at the job site,and to the responsible representative s}of each subcontractor firm working for ATC <br /> at the job site. The SSO is responsible for ensuring the fol owing items are adequately addressed: Safety <br /> Supplies and Equipment Inventory; Acc identlIncident Reporting Procedures; <br /> Decontamination/Contamination Reduction Procedures; Gen-ral Safe Work Practices. <br /> The SSO has the authority to suspend work anytime shethe determines the safety provisions set-forth in this <br /> SSP are inadequate to ensure worker safety. The SSO shall also inform the Project Manager of individuals <br /> whose conduct does not meet the safety provisions of this SSFI. The Site Safety Officer reports to the Project <br /> Manager.
