All work will be <br /> completed in accordance with Helmick and Lerner' Work Plan for Soil Investigation, dated <br /> February 6, 1998. This workplan was approved with ,ninor modifications by San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) in correspondence dated <br /> March 25, 1998. <br /> All work described in this workplan will be performed under the direction of a California <br /> Registered Professional Engineer. ATC's Site Safety Plan is contained in Attachment I and our <br /> Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan is contained in Attachment 2. The Groundwater Well <br /> Installation Permit application is attached and the corresponding check (no. 193) is also attached. <br /> Once PHS/EHD has approved the Soil Boring Permit, ATC will schedule the advancement of the <br /> soil borings.
