The EHD recently approved the remedial action plan, the SVE and IAS wells have been installed and the remediation system is under construction; the permit to operate is still needed from the SJVUAPCD. 1245 Charter Way, W. (designated 1245 Equipment Way on the preliminary five-year review letter) The CUF recommends the EHD direct with enforcement if necessary, implementation of the approved work plan without delay; the EHD does not fully agree with these recommendations. A revised and updated site conceptual model (SCM) has.been received, but not yet reviewed; upon review the EHD will issue directives as appropriate. A report on the recent installation of monitoring wells is pending. 1876 Country Club Blvd. • The CUF recommended that the 'EHD direct-continued groundwater extraction and treatment and initiate additional groundwater,treatment technologies..
