kJ
but lately I've been getting "waiting for the City to issue" calls and then I get"WE"RE
DRILLING NEXT WEEK"calls on permits I haven't:issued, let alone even received yet..
TRY"TELLING" the City when you're drilling and you get laughed at or just ignored—but for
some reason, and.I've probably brought it on myself by indulging in the past, I GET TOLD
when you're drilling. your request came at a time when three others TOLD me....
you Were just the last one and I'm nearly 11 permits behind for people telling me they're
drilling next week...
check with your driller. if the 28th-30th dates are set and big problems to chance, then so be
it.- I'll manage somehow and I'll issue yours in time to drill next week. But if you and your RP
can tolerate a delay for a week or 10days, that'll be swell.
just let me know ASAP so if I have to get you done tomorrow or Friday, I'll come in early or
stay late. I can schedule with the boss and the alarm company,
anyone else but you and I'd just say NO......
From: Anderson, Paul [ma ilto:PAnderson@pscnow.com]
Sent: Wednesday, April 23, 2008 1:51 PM
To: Mike Infd'rna [EH].
Subject: RE:,PSC Boring Permit, 1717 S. Center St
Mike,
My sincere-apologies.
didn't mean for it-to'happen this way.
I scheduled the drillers based on previous conversations between you
and the City.
The.City, had said they would have.their permits ready for me in one
week.
4 - So I planned on Jt taking them'three weeks and planned an additional
two-weeks for your permit approval.
With that understanding, I scheduled the drillers for five weeks out.
It actually took the City almost five weeks to get the final documents to
me, which of course puts'the strain on you.
It can be a tough balancing act with all parties involved and
unfortunately in this case the one delay pushed the envelope.
i
I
Again, I sincerely apologize for placing you with such an inconvenience.
Respectfully,
Paul Anderson
i
From: Mike Infurna'[EH] [mailto:Mlnfurna@sjcehd.com] .
Sent: Wednesday, April 23, 2008 3:41 PM
To: Anderson,:Paul
Subject: RE: PSC Boring Permit, 1717 S. Center.St
you're cutting it close.
4/25/2008
