Isn't "PH-6" detailed in paragraph one a <br /> typo? Since site doesn't have a "PH-3" shouldn't that paragraph say <br /> ...probeholes (PH-3 through PH-5.? "PH-6" is also detailed in paragraph 4. <br /> 2-also, I'm concerned that "MW-4's" screened interval won't match existing <br /> monitoring wells intervals and may be constructed only through the "clayey <br /> silts" bore logs for "PH-1" and "PH-2" indicate is present 25' to 50' bgs. With <br /> DTW historically at this site at only 22' to 25' bgs, your proposal, "well screen, <br /> set 10 feet below the water table and 5 feet above", may not accurately <br /> represent the same lithology as the other wells and may be set in a non- <br /> permeable zone.
