Center St. CUF#: 04423
Stockton, CA 95201 APN: 165-072-28
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed Data
Gap Report, (Report) dated June 15, 2010, submitted by your consultant, PSC. The
Report is in response to the EHD correspondence dated May 7, 2010, which requested
comments on multiple points of concern.
The EHD has discussed this site and the Report with a representative of the Central
Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) and concluded that most of
the concerns the EHD had with the site have been adequately addressed and that the
site may qualify for no further action after the following items are submitted:
• Removal mass numbers seem low. Please recalculate the amount of
contaminant mass removed and provide an estimate of the amount (cubic
yards/gallons) of petroleum mass remaining in the soil and dissolved in the
groundwater.
• An additional evaluation and discussion is required that address the 19 soil
samples that exceed residential San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality
Control Board (SFBRWQCB), Environmental Screening Levels (ESL), or a Tier II
analysis is required.
You may contact Michael Infurna at(209) 468-3454 if you have any questions.
Michael J.
