The Remedial Investigation <br /> Work Plan — Addendum (Addendum) has been prepared in accordance with:the Work <br /> Plan and the October 4, 2007 approval letter:from San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (SJCEHD). .In addition, SICEHD approved the December 11, 2007 <br /> ETIC Engineering, Inc. (ETIC)letter requesting a February 8; 2008 extension.. A copy of <br /> the SJCEHD approval letter to the Work Plan and approval of the Addendum extension <br /> have been provided in' Appendix."A. - . This Addendum summarizes the subsurface . <br /> conditions identified during the field activities that occurred in November 2007 -and <br /> describes the locations and details of proposed groundwater monitoring wells. <br /> In accordance with the Work Plan,three soil borings (C6 through'C8)'were drilled-at the <br /> Site on;November'15 through November.l6; 2007. The locations'�of the borings are <br /> depicted on Figure 2. <br /> Soil and grab groundwater samples were collected from-borings C6, 0, and-C8.
