z <br /> i <br /> 1 Quarterly Report - Fourth Quarter 2002 <br /> FERNANDO'S PLACE <br />' 1201 South Center Street, Stockton, California <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Roger Huckms, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br />' report for the property located at 1201 South Center Street, Stockton, California (site) The scope <br /> of work included advancement of seven soil borings and installation of multi-level ground water <br />' monitoring wells in six of the seven borings, performance of a quarterly ground water monitoring <br /> event and preparation of this report The location of the site is Illustrated in Figure 1 A plan of the F <br /> site is illustrated In Figure 2 <br /> _ <br />' The work was performed as directed by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department i <br /> (EHD)by letter dated 31 May 2002 (Appendix A) and in accordance with Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank <br /> (UST) sites <br /> 1 i <br /> 2.0. BACKGROUND , <br /> The site is located at the Intersection of Jackson Street,French Camp Road and South Center Street <br /> (Figure 2), and was the former location of a gasoline service station The site is occupied currently <br /> by several buildings, including a small-engine repair facility and a single-story, multi-family <br /> residence Detailed site background information is provided in Appendix B <br /> u 3 0. ' PROCEDURES <br /> i <br /> Between August and November 2002, seven soil borings were advanced, six multi-level ground <br /> water monitoring wells were installed, developed and surveyed and the fourth quarter monitoring R <br /> 'event was conducted Field work was performed In accordance with CVRWQCB guidelines and in ! <br /> accordance with the EHD-approved Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan Addendum, dated <br /> 10 September 2001, and Additional Subsurface Investigation Work Plan Addendum, dated <br /> 09 May 2002 <br /> 3 1 MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION <br /> Between 27 August and 10 October 2002, seven soil borings were advanced for collection of soil Y <br /> samples and/or Installation of monitoring wells <br />' Boring B-2 was advanced to 165 feet below surface grade (bsg) on-site between well <br /> • MW-213 and CPT-6 for collection of soil samples, <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> 1 ' <br />
