r Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc . _RECENED <br /> 25 September 2002 SEP 7 2002 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 00-0769 ENVIRORMENT HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> J <br /> Mr Mike Infurna <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 ' <br /> Subject: _Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> Fernando's Place <br /> 1201 South Center Street, Stockton, California 95203 <br /> Dear Mr Infuma <br /> At the request of Mr Roger Huckins, Jr ,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE)has conducted <br /> a sensitive receptor survey as part of the initial site characterization requirements under the <br /> California Code of Regulations -Title 23,Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the site located <br /> at 1201 South Center Street,Stockton,California(the site) The objective of the work was to identify <br /> `and locate sensitive receptors, including wells, potentially affected by a site UST release, and to <br /> identify and locate potential and vertical conduits The scope of work included review of State of <br /> California Department of Water Resources records, San Joaquin County Department of Health <br /> Services records,and conducting a visual area reconnaissance for municipal, domestic,1mgation or <br /> ground water monitoring wells within a 2,000-foot radius of the site and septic systems located on <br /> the site In addition local utility service companies were contacted to confirm water and sewer <br /> service in the area of the site, and locations of municipal wells The location of the site, and the <br /> immediately surrounding area is illustrated on Figure 1 <br /> On 17 November 2001, an AGE representative reviewed well drillers' reports at the Cahforma <br /> Department of Water Resourdes = Central District for water wells located in the surrounding area <br /> Dnller's reports for 28 water wells located within a 2000-f1 radius were found Copies of the well <br /> driller's reports are included in Appendix A, a summary of water wells located from the review of <br /> well driller's reports is included in Table 1, and locations of the wells are depicted on Figure 1 <br /> On 04 December 2001, an AGE representative conducted a search of the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Health for records of septic systems or permits for wells located on <br /> the site property No septic systems were located on the property A permit for the monitoring wells <br /> located on site was found <br /> ' 4 a <br /> r <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Srockron, California 95215 <br /> Telephone (209) 467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118 <br />
