INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Roger Huckins,'Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this- <br /> quarterly ground water monitoring report for the property located at 1201 South Center Street, <br /> Stockton,California(site),The scope ofwork included monitoring and sampling the nine monitoring <br />' wells on and off-site and preparation of this report The location'of the site is Illustrated in Figure 1 <br /> Locations of structures, bonngs and monitoring wells related to the site are Illustrated in Figure 2 <br /> Site background information is provided in Appendix A <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> The February 2004 monitoring event was performed In accordance with Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) and San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />' Department (EHD) guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites and for <br /> sampling ground water monitoring wells, respectively <br /> 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> Between 14 and 27 February 2004, ground water monitoring and sampling was performed at one <br /> single-completed ground water monitoring well(MW-1),two cluster-type ground water monitoring <br /> wells(MW-2AB and MW-3AB)and six multi-chambered ground water monitoring wells(MW-4 , <br />' thrdugli MW-9) Depth to water data is Included in Table 1 Due to scheduling conflicts,the ground <br /> water monitoring could riot be completed concurrently with the neighboring Arc Pump and Weld <br />' site r <br /> On 24 February 2004, a Solinstwater level meter was used to measure the depth to water in all the <br />' wells to the nearest 0 01 foot, relative to the top of the well casing Between 25 and 27 February <br /> 2004, approximately 6 to 45 gallons of ground water(a minimum of three casing-water volumes per <br /> well) were,evacuated (purged) from single-level wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-2B, MW-3A and <br />' MW-313 utilizing disposable polyethylene bailers or a Watera inertial pump equipped with 5/8-inch <br /> diameter polyethylene tubing and a check valve Multi-level monitoring wells MW-4 through MW-9 <br /> were purged utilizing a Watera inertial pump equipped�with 3/8-inch diameter polyethylene tubing <br />' and a check valve Approkimately 0 75 to 6 gallons of ground water (a minimum of three casing- i <br /> water volumes per well) were,purged from the multi-level monrtonng wells <br /> , <br />' Temperature,pH and conductivity were measured for stabilization at regular purge-volume intervals <br /> from each well using an Oakton water analyzer Field data and logs are provided in Appendix B <br /> ' <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> F i <br /> r } <br /> , I <br /> F <br />
