INTRODUCTION <br /> I�l , <br /> u At the request of Mr Roger Huckins,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this LI <br />' quarterly ground water monitoring report for the property located at 1201 South Center Street, <br /> > `i Stockton,California(site) The scope ofwork included monitoring and sampling the nine monitoring <br /> wells on and off-site and preparation of this report The location-of the site is illustrated in Figure <br /> 51 <br /> 1 Locations of structures, borings and monitoring wells related to the site are illustrated in Figure <br /> 2 Site background information is provided in Appendix A <br /> t k <br /> 2.0. , PROCEDURES " <br /> ii <br /> 1 The May 2003 monitoring event was performed in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water i <br /> Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />' (EHD)guidelines for investigation ofunderground storage tank(UST)sites and for sampling ground <br /> water monitoring wells, respectively <br /> lie 3 r <br /> 21 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br />' On 22 and 23 May 2003, ground water monitoring and sampling was performed at 31 ground water <br /> momtonng'pomts, from a total of nine wells (MW-1 through MW-9D) A coordinated effort was <br /> ,,made with Arc Pump and Welding (1211 Turnpike Road) to conduct ground water monitoring <br /> activities concurrently, the Arc`Pump and Welding depth to water results are included in Table 1 , <br /> On 22 May; 003,a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to water in all the wells <br /> to the nearest 0 01 foot, except well MW-4A, 7A, 8A and 9A, relative to the top of the well casing' <br /> t Between 22 and 23 May2003, approximately 7 to 45'gallons of ground water(a minimum of three <br />' casing-water volumes per well) were evacuated (purged) from single-level wells MW-1, MW-2A, <br /> MW-2B,MW-3A and MW-313 utilizing disposable polyethylene bailers or a Watera inertial,`pump <br /> _ >' Multi-level monitonrig wells MW-4 through MW-9,were purged utilizing a Watera inertial 'pump' .f <br /> Approximately 0 45 to 6 5 gallons of ground water(a minimum of three casing-water volumes per <br /> well) were purged from the multi-level monitoring wellg <br />' Temperature,pH and conductivity were measured for stabilization at regular purge-volume intervals <br /> from each well'using an Oaktonawater analyzer Field data and logs are provided in Appendix B <br /> Purged water was temporarily stored on-site"in 55-gallon DOT-approved H-17 storage drums <br /> 1 ! , <br /> I � pending proper disposal <br /> 2 , <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,inc � <br /> ' <br /> I <br /> i <br /> 1 <br />
