PEG contacted utility companies 1n the City of Tracy to <br /> located underground utility lines near the subject site The locations of the lines are <br /> shown on Figure 4 <br />' FINDINGS <br /> Subsurface Conditions <br />' Soil encountered during this investigation consisted of sandy clay, clayey sand, silty <br /> sand, and sandy gravel to the maximum depth explored of approximately 26-112 feet <br /> bgs Groundwater was first encountered at approximately 11 to 12 feet bgs and <br /> stabilized at approximately 12 feet bgs <br /> Soil Analytical Results <br />' TPH-g was detected in boring U-6 at 11 feet bgs at a concentration of 220 ppm TPH-d <br /> was#tected in borings B-4 at 10 feet and U-6 at 11 feet bgs at concentrations of 21 5, <br /> and'12 3 ppm, respectively Benzene, MtBE lead and VOCs were not detected iii ani <br /> of the analyzed soil samples The absence of VOCs in Boring B,-4, located beneath the <br /> former waste o11 tank, indicates that the waste oil tank is not the source of the VOCs in <br />' groundwater Soil analytical results are presented as Table 2 and 7 <br /> Groundwater Analytical Results <br />' TPH-g was reported 1n U-6 at 968✓ppb TPH-d was reported in B-4 and U-6 at 115 and <br /> 312 ppb, respectively Benzene, MtBE, and lead were not detected in any of the <br />' analyzed samples Tetrachloroethene was detected in <br /> joundwater collected from U-5, <br /> U-6, and B-4 at concentrations of 2 5f5 18, and 2 97 ppb,respectively <br /> 1,1-Dichloroethane, and cis-1,2-Dlchloroethene were detected in U-6 at5Pncentratlons <br />' of 1 1$ and 2 90 ppb, respectively and 1n B-4 at concentrations of 0 510 and) 39 ppb, <br /> respectively Trichloroethene was detected in U-6 at a concentration of 105 ppb <br />' Groundwater analytical results are presented as Tables 3, 5, and 8 <br /> Soil Physical Parameters Results <br /> A soil sample from Boring B-4 at 8 feet bgs was analyzed for physical p awrorneters The <br /> soil sample were analyzg d for total porosit}6mozsture codtent,bulk density, grain <br /> density, and permeabili7y, Physical soil analytical data is presented in Table 5 <br /> 910017 1 AISOLG W RPT doc <br /> 1 � v <br /> J <br />
