California in Stockton, California dated September 27, 2007 <br /> (Attachment A). <br /> The inspection report stated that there were issues with the hazardous waste at the site. <br /> The following is BP's response to the items noted during the inspection. <br /> • 66262.11CCR: Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste—One 55- <br /> gallond drum container found with unknown solid.
