(AGE) has prepared this Limited Phase 11 Site Assessment <br /> Work Plan for the property located at 1947 East Channel Street (2010 East Miner), <br /> Stockton, California (hereafter referred to as subject property or property). The location <br /> of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (SJCEHD) for procurement of a Drilling Permit. A Site Health and <br /> Safety Plan (SHSP), Well and Boring Permit Application, Master File Record (MFR) and <br /> associated fees are attached. Upon SJCEHD approval of the permit package, AGE will <br /> schedule fieldwork. AGE will provide SJCEHD with a minimum of 72-hours prior notice <br /> for a grout inspection. <br /> INTRODUCTIONIBACKGROUND <br /> The property is undergoing a potential property transaction and the Phase II is being <br /> performed as part of a due diligence investigation. The subject property is located on <br /> the south side of East Miner Avenue, within the City of Stockton. The property is <br /> comprised of a single, undeveloped parcel, totaling 2.30 acres. <br /> Historical Sanborn Maps for the subject property dating back between 1917 and 1950 <br /> show two underground storage tanks (USTs) centrally located on the southern half of <br /> the property. An EDR search of historical USTs within the vicinity of the subject property <br /> indicates that one gasoline UST was installed on the property in 1975.
