(Condor), for the above-referenced subject site. The well and boring report
presents the lithological data and analytical results from installing three monitoring wells (MW-
4D, MW-5, and MW-6), advancing three soil borings (SB12, SB13, and S1314), and installing
shallow soil vapor wells (SV-4, SV-5 and SV-6). The second quarter 2010 report presents the
analytical results from groundwater samples collected from newly installed wells MW-4D, MW-5,
and MW6, and existing wells MW-1,-MW-2 and MW-4.
Based on the analytical results presented in the two reports, Condor recommends:
• No additional investigation west of, and in the area of MW-6;
• No additional investigation in the area of SB-12, S13-13, and SB-14, where an
underground storage tank had been removed;
• Preparation of a Remediation Feasibility Report based on currently available data, as
directed by the EHD by letter dated 12 May 2009;
• The inclusion of newly-installed groundwater monitoring wells MW-4D, MW-5, and
MW-6, and soil vapor monitoring wells SV4, SV5, and SV6 into the current semi-annual
groundwater monitoring schedule;
I
