He originally told me to expect the permits to be completed in two weeks. Three weeks later <br /> he called to say that he had been ill and would get them to me in a week. Last week I followed up <br /> and found that he had emergency surgery and would be out for a while longer. While I am hopeful <br /> that I will receive the revocable and encroachment permits this week. That will not provide adequate <br /> time for you to issue a monitoring well permit, to install the well, and prepare the installation report <br /> before the revised due date of March 31, 2011. At this time 1 expect to be able to install the well at <br /> the corner of Grant and Channel in early April.
