He originally told me to <br /> expect the permits to be completed in two weeks. Three weeks later he called to say that he had been ill and <br /> would get them to me in a week. Last week I followed up and found that he had emergency surgery and would be <br /> out for a while longer. While I am hopeful that I will receive the revocable and encroachment permits this week. <br /> That will not provide adequate time for you to issue a monitoring well permit, to install the well, and prepare the <br /> installation report before the revised due date of March 31, 2011. At this time I expect to be able to install the well <br /> at the corner of Grant and Channel in early April. I expect to prepare an installation report to be sent to your office <br /> by April 30, 2011. Accordingly, we request an extension of the due date to April 30, 2011. <br /> Bill A. Cook III, P.
