CHANNEL STREET <br /> { _ _ MAY 2006 - [FDI������ L 7 DD <br /> Site Address Raymond Investment Corporation <br /> 730 E Channel Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 MHO.%; ,U41 HEALTH <br /> Client Beverly Garcia <br /> RER,, ilT/SERVICES <br /> Raymond Investment Corporation <br /> 817 S Center Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> Primary Agency Victoria McCartney, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJCEHD) <br /> Copy to James Barton, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley <br /> Region (CRWQCB) <br /> This sensitive receptor survey report includes observations made on a reconnaissance visit conducted by <br /> Condor Earth Technologies, Inc (Condor) at the above referenced Site (Figure 2, attached) on May 25, <br /> 2006 This report has been submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJCEHD) and the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) as indicated above The <br /> following are shown in Figures I through 3,which are attached to this report <br /> o Vicinity Map including topography of the area <br /> s Site Map with an aerial photograph <br /> • Radii Map with an aerial photograph including locations of wells <br /> Condor conducted a sensitive receptor survey within an approximate 2,000-foot radius of the Site to <br /> identify potential areas of groundwater recharge or discharge (surface water bodies), schools, and <br /> potential water well users that could be impacted by migration of groundwater from the Site <br /> SENSITIVE RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> The sensitive receptor survey consisted of inquiries to the California Department of Water Resources <br /> (DWR) Central District in Sacramento, California, contacting public water purveyors, visually inspecting <br /> the area within 500 feet of the Site, and interviewing residents and business owners located in the Site <br /> vicinity Based on the Site address and Section, Township, and Range, the DWR provided documents <br /> pertaining to 43 water wells DWR records typically consist of the owner's name, a well location map, an <br /> address where the well is located, and the type of proposed well use The 43 water well documents were <br /> reviewed by Condor based on San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) Maps, area <br /> reconnaissance, a topographic quadrangle map, and a city street map This process helped identify records <br /> • of wells estimated to be located within the 2,000-foot-radius study area <br /> �t� CONDOR <br />
