Sensitive Receptor Survey Report <br /> Raymond Investment Corporation,Stockton,CA <br /> Page 4 <br /> 50$97 <br /> A well record for a municipal well located 115 feet north of Lindsay Street on the west side of Aurora <br /> Street (50897 in Figure 3) indicates that a well was installed in 1960 CWSC provides municipal water <br /> service to this area According to CWSC, it is labeled as No 53.01 and has been inactive since 1983 due <br /> to water quality issues The well was observed during the Site reconnaissance and although the exact <br /> location is not provided due to confidentiality, the general location is shown on Figure 3, attached The_ _ <br /> municipal well is located approximately 1,100 feet north-northeast of the Site <br /> 39-1020 <br /> A well record for a domestic (municipal) well located in Stockton (39-1020 in Figure 3) indicates that a <br /> well was installed in 1951 CWSC provides municipal water service to this area It was not observed <br /> during the Site reconnaissance According to the owner of the well, it is labeled as No 28-01 and has <br /> been inactive since 1979 due to water quality issues The well is estimated to be located approximately <br /> 2,000 feet east of the Site <br /> 39-1087 <br /> A well record for a well located at 520 E Main Street (39-1087 in Figure 3) indicates that a well was <br /> installed in 1947 CWSC provides municipal water service to this area The owner was contacted during <br /> the Site reconnaissance He indicated he had been at this location for 28 years and was not aware of a <br /> well The building is currently being used as a furniture store The well casing was observed directly <br /> behind the store in a parking lot used in conjunction with a banking facility Although the surface casing <br /> of the well was observed, the pump and electrical service had been removed and the well is not in use <br /> The well is located approximately 1,000 feet southwest of the Site <br /> 39-1089 <br /> A well record for a property located at 417 E Weber Avenue (39-1089 in Figure 3) indicates that a well <br /> was installed in 1949 CWSC provides municipal water service to this area The current property owner <br /> could not be contacted A large business building was located on the parcel The property is located <br /> approximately 1,200 feet west of the Site <br /> -- - 39-1090 - - - - - - -- — <br /> A well record for a property located at the Stockton Courthouse Square (39-1090 in Figure 3) indicates <br /> that a well was installed in 1858 CWSC provides municipal water service to this area Several <br /> representatives of the current property owner were contacted, but none were aware of a well at this <br /> location They also indicated that CWSC provides water to the building and that the courthouse, built in <br /> the late 1800s, was demolished in the 1950s and rebuilt in 1964 A large business building that includes <br /> the County courthouse is currently at this location The property is located approximately 1,900 feet west- <br /> southwest of the Site <br /> 39-1091 <br /> A well record for a property located at 202 E Main Street (39-1091 in Figure 3) indicates that a well was <br /> installed in 1949 CWSC provides municipal water service to this area Several representatives of the <br /> current property owner were contacted, but none were aware of a well at this location They also indicated <br /> that CWSC provides water to the current building, that redevelopment took place in the area in the 1950s <br /> and 60s, and that the current building, the Canalis building, fronts on 24 S Hunter Street A large <br /> business building is at this location The property is located approximately 2,000 feet southwest of the <br /> Site <br /> Co R <br />
