Landfill, please find attached the "Return to Compliance <br /> Certification" and updated SPCC Plan as required as part of the Aboveground Petroleum <br /> Storage Act Inspection, conducted by you on December 26, 2018. <br /> The following corrective actions have been conducted for the violations identified in the report: <br /> Item #301: CFR 112.5(a) Failed to amend Plan as necessary. Violation related to two 55-gallon <br /> drums containing petroleum product regulated under APSA. <br /> Corrective Action: These two drums were removed from the facility and are no longer <br /> applicable. <br /> Item #602: CFR 112.7(a)(2) Plan failed to discuss equivalent environmental protection, if <br /> applicable. <br /> Corrective Action: Please see the attached updated SPCC Plan for updated text. <br /> Item #609: CFR 112.7(a)(3vi), 112.7(a)(4) Plan failed to adequately contain procedures for <br /> reporting a discharge. <br /> Corrective Action: Please see the attached updated the SPCC Plan for updated text. <br /> Item #711: CFR 112.8(c)(6) Failed to perform scheduled tank tests or inspection by <br /> appropriately qualified personnel. <br /> Corrective Action: Republic Services has contracted with Tanknology, Inc. to conduct the <br /> required tank tests and inspections. These tests and inspections were conducted on January <br /> 24, 2019 and the facility is awaiting completion of the final report.
