SAN JOAQUIN
T - OUNTY—
k :;' Greatncss grows hers,
From: Cesar Ruvalcaba [EH]
Sent: Monday, October 22, 2018 2:19 PM
To: Iwforest@antoniniusa.com
Subject: FW:APSA/SPCC inspection report-287 N Cardinal Ave- PR0536495
Jeremiah,
Here is the email from the inspection at 287 N .Cardinal Ave facility. It was sent on 10/09/2018, not sure why it didn't go
through. I am sending three emails, one for the report and two with pictures, just in case it was the file size that
prevented it from going through. Please confirm that it was received.
FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank,
and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators. List and schedule of classes can be found
here.
Thank you,
Cesar Ruvalcaba
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
(209) 953-6213 I A (209) 464-0138 a cruvalcaba@sicehd.com g
rSAN JOAQUIN
t-` COUNTY
Greatness grows here.
From: Cesar Ruvalcaba [EH]
Sent:Tuesday, October 9, 2018 4:35 PM
To: 'jwforest@antoniniusa.com' <jwforest@antoniniusa.com>
Subject: APSA/SPCC inspection report-287 N Cardinal Ave - PROS36495
Jeremiah,
Here is the inspection report for the facility located at 287 N. Cardinal Ave.Through historic CERS submittals, I came to
the conclusion that the tank at the site is a 10,000 gallon tank. Since this is the only tank associated with Antonini
Enterprises at that facility, once the tank is properly closed we can remove the facility from our inventory. If the tank will
be used at some point in the future, the Environmental Health Department needs to be informed and an SPCC plan
needs to be in place. I have included pictures showing the connected piping, missing sign with "permanently closed" and
date of closure. Once the corrections are made return the attached Return to Compliance Certification form and
provide the proof of correction.
Here are the requirements for a tank to be "permanently closed" and not need to be in a SPCC plan.
remove all liquid and sludge from each container and connecting line
disconnect and blank off all connecting lines and piping have from the tank
3
