All Image Tire/Water Resorts Page 2 of 2 <br /> This is a registered hauler in San Joaquin County that I inspected last week. His customers have CTLs from him, <br /> although he is not hauling for customers that much anymore,just for his own retail business. (Alberto's Tire is <br /> hauling for him, TPID#1425385. They are brothers, by the way.) He has CTLs at his facility for a few customer <br /> pick ups and for deliveries and pick ups from Alberto's. According to a conversation with Laura Niles, no CTLs <br /> have been recorded on the WTMS database since March of 2006 for All Image. They moved sometime last year <br /> from 900 S Cherokee to 303 S Cherokee and were sent a certificate from CIWMB with the same TPID#on it with <br /> the new address. I'm wondering where the CTL data has gone. Did the address change launch a new TPID#that <br /> we don't know about? Is it possible you can look into this for me? <br /> CTL#s are: <br /> 3030152-3/07 <br /> 3030156-8/06 <br /> 3030159-8/06 <br /> 3086153-9/29/05 <br /> 3086155- 10/11/06 <br /> 3086157- 11/06 <br /> 3030161-7/06 <br /> 3030162-6/06 <br /> 3030163-5/06 <br /> 3030164- 10/11/06 <br /> Also, new subject. Water Resorts, Inc. TPID# 1392892. 1 spoke with Gary Easland there, and although they have <br /> no tires and no trucks in the Lodi location, he claims to have two CIWMB registered trucks, one at Lake New <br /> Melones (TPID# 1391711)and one at Lake Shasta (TPID#?). His company is currently using a third party tire <br /> hauler, but wants to keep TPID#s and registration to haul tires active in case he cannot contract the third party. <br /> He uses giant tires as engineered wave attenuation barriers at water resorts. I would like direction as to how to <br /> complete Inspection Report 181 for this jurisdiction (Is operation inactive or active??), as well as to advise the <br /> local enforcement at those lakes that registered haulers are in their jurisdictions and may need assistance in the <br /> future (or inspection?). <br /> Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you.
