The following is an itemized list of aboveground petroleum storage act violations that <br /> have not been addressed for FLYING J TRAVEL PLAZA#617 as of July 26, 2019. <br /> Open violations from December 10,2018 inspection <br /> Violation#301 -Failed to amend Plan as necessary. <br /> 55 gallon drums storing petroleum product were not discussed or addressed in the SPCC plan. The drums were <br /> said to part of the annual system certification and were labeled as hazardous waste containing diesel in some <br /> cases.The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure(SPCC) Plan must be amended when there is a change <br /> in the facility design, construction, operation, or maintenance that materially affects its potential for a discharge, <br /> within 6 months of the change, and implemented as soon as possible, not later than 6 months following preparation <br /> of the amendment. Immediately make all necessary amendments to the SPCC Plan to accurately represent the <br /> procedures and policies currently in place at the facility. Provide a copy of the amended SPCC plan to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
