Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits. <br />2. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br />International Code Council (ICC), and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />and <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br />from the manufacturer of that component. <br />3. All components installed must be certified by an independent testing organization and <br />bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br />4. Contact EHD to schedule the following appointments (allow 48 hour notice for all <br />inspections): <br />a. Corrosion protection on the fill riser. <br />b. Verification that the new spill bucket holds a minimum of 5 gallons and passes a <br />60 minute lake test or equivalent. <br />5. A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" <br />shall be submitted by the owner or the owner's agent (CCR Section 2635(D)) <br />before this permit is considered complete by EHD. <br />
