UST owners <br /> are included in this new requirement. A copy of the SVVRBC flyer entitled "ACT NOVV^, <br /> explaining the responsibilities OfUST owners and the deadlines by which you must comply, is <br /> enclosed with this letter. <br /> This second notification is being sent through certified mail so you understand the importance <br /> ofthe January 1. 2005. deadline to (described below) <br /> and identify the ICC certified Designated UST Operator(s)* for all of your underground storage <br /> " ..~~`.. ,,.....
