Generally, the <br />scope of work is to address all of the issues which surfaced in the most recent SB 989 test <br />failures. More specifically, <br />The scope of work to include: <br />1. Replace torn test boot on 91 secondary line <br />2. Replace torn test boot on 91 and 87 STP sumps <br />3. Replace torn conduit and penetration boot on 87 and 89 fill sumps <br />4. Repair UDC 3-4 with standard fiberglass repair (boots appear in tact) <br />The repairs will be standard Blue Line boot and penetration repairs. <br />If you need any additional information or have any questions, please call me.
