On 6/28/10, SSS Tech Matt <br />Estabrook that the TLS 350 was stuck in a continuous self check alarm. The CPU Board <br />was replaced (no cut sheet available). The system had to be cold started in order for the <br />monitoring system to function properly. <br />If you need any additional information or have any questions, please let me know as soon <br />as possible. <br />Please send a copy of the permit to me at the address below.
