The scope of work is limited <br />to replacement of the ICON conduit penetration fittings (and product penetration feting <br />only if necessary). All work will be done within the UDCs #7-8 and #13-14: <br />• Scope of work required for UDC 7/8 and 13/14 <br />• Provide all safety paper work and self permitting <br />o CSE / Lifting and rigging / ETC <br />• Set up barricading <br />• LOTO of required dispensers (2) <br />• Disconnect service piping from (2) dispensers <br />• Removal of (2) dispensers from island <br />• Removal of conduit penetrations or possibly product penetrations as <br />needed <br />• Replacement of conduit and product penetrations as needed of (2) UDC <br />• Allow cure time per manufactures specs [Icon or Western] <br />• Retest UDC as required <br />• Inspection of UDC with hydrostatic test equipment <br />• Save all inspection and test tapes <br />• After passing tests install of removed dispensers back onto UDC.,',s- <br />• Remove UDC's and place back into service <br />JUN 0 20 18 <br />ENVIROM IEN`iAL HEALTH <br />DEPAR TNAIENT <br />
